In this paper was investigated the effect of supporting electrolyte concentration, mixing, cathode material and pulsed current regime on electrocoagulation proces of wastewater containing phosphates. All experiments were performed at an initial pH value 3, initial phosphate concentration 0=50 mg/L (P-PO4) and the current density j=0-2,0 mA/cm2. The concentration of sodium chloride as supporting electrolyte varied in the range of 0-2.0 g / L, the electrolysis duration was 10 minutes, and 30 minutes during the examination of the impact of mixing on phosphate removal efficiency, respectively. As a cathode material, other than iron and aluminum was used and stainless steel.
