Traffic accidents often lead to serious, even the most severe consequences - the death of one or more persons. Republic of Serbian, as well as all parts of BiH, has an interest in the suffering of drivers two-wheelers (bikers or cyclists) - mostly children and young adults is reduced to a minimum. In this regard, all the factors that affect the improvement of the state of road safety are the same task.
In this paper we present the available data on the suffering of drivers of motorcycles in traffic on roads in the Republic of Serbian in the previous period. I will point to certain features that are on the local community in order to improve the system of traffic safety in their areas. This would be in addition to the role of the family, which is beyond doubt when it comes to underage participants - riders of two-wheelers in the traffic in question was of importance for the gradual reduction of the suffering of these and other categories of road users.
