The aim of this paper is to show the importance of development agencies on the economic development of the regions and local communities, and the relationship between development agencies in terms of starting and existence of small and micro enterprises. Regional Development Agency as carriers of development for the region directly affect the steady economic development of the region and therefore the economic development of local communities.
