Is Serbia is doomed to instability?

1. Neven Cvetićanin, Serbia

This paper argues that the position of a society is determined by deep historical and sociological structures, which act as deep mechanism with feedback effect, composed of several interdependent factors - the elites, the social contexts and the social models/the social orders. General thesis is completed with the auxiliary hypothesis that a stable, prosperous and powerful societies (so called "stable societies") are those able to establish a sustainable social synthesis and flexible social order, in which all social extremes are reconciled in the institutional manner, what repeatedly reproduce the social stability. This hypotheses are trying to check on two examples, the British, which we took as the paradigm of the so-called. "stable societies", and Serbian, which is determined by different historical and sociological structures. After extensive research analysis shows that, due to deep historical structures, Serbian society, unlike the British, is determined to roam in the negative "vicious (historical) round" between extreme and exclusionary social models, without the possibility of establishing a sustainable social synthesis.
