It's human nature to want to find out what others are saying. This is also true for communication via e-mail, so you need to use security for important texts and documents that are sent via e-mail. This paper deals with the evaluation of technologies for the securing communication via e-mail from user to user, i.e. "PGP", "S/MIME" and "IBE". It explains the principle of operation of each technology and gives comparative analysis of different technologies by the criteria of security protection and usability, followed by a comparative review oftheir quality. At the end proposal will be given for use of each technology.
