The paper shows the process of computer modeling and analyzing of the biomechanical system, using modern CAD, CAE systems. The main purposes of the research are to propose a systematic approach for validate the finite element model (FEM) to the part of dental system in the human body (human mandible). Developing of the part of dental system is an integral part of the scientific study as well as the functional anatomy of the system and its kinematics and kinetics. As the result of such an approach on the effects for changing the model geometry and other parameters of the FEM predictions should show a new solution in the process of modeling three-dimensional system. Using developed 3D models has been performed analyses which defines biomechanical properties in the normal or amended conditions. Applied methods on three-dimensional model may find practical use in the medicine engineering, specifically in the area of Maxillofacial reconstruction.
