Turbines with focusing turning blades have been used to increase the work efficiency of the VGT turbocharger at low engine rotation. Power of energy losses due to friction, shock, changes in the flow direction and due to swirling, are increases by adding stator blades in the turbocharger construction. To get a clearer picture about the phenomenon of flow between directing blades, and the influence of the directing part of the stator on streaming of the exhaust gases in the stator part of the turbine, it is necessary to make a detailed CFD analysis.
