Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is an inherited retinal disease characterized by progressive lossof photoreceptors and retinal pigment epitelium. The aim of our study was to present different imaging methods in diagnosis of RP. In patients with simptoms of nyctalopia and visual field constriction, ophtahalmological exams were preformed at Clinic for eye disises in period from 2012 till 2016. The ophtahlmological examination obtained: BCVA, anterior and posterior segment examinatino by slit lamp, mesurement of IOP, fotodocumentetion and in selected cases fluorescein angiography, computed perimetry, electroretinogram, and optical cohernt tomography (OCT). Study obtained 19 patients. Macular depresion with thininh of central foveal sin was present with disruption of elipsoid zone. In patinents with macular oedema thickening of amacula was detected on OCT of macular area.The RNFL thickening was present in temporal and superior qudrants where as the RNFL thinning was mostly found in nasal and inferior quadrants.
