The interaction of quantum generators after several decades is still full of new facts, both of experimental and theoretical nature, and it is constantly increasing in relevance. Many new branches/disciplines have been developed, there are many divisions, depending on the angle of observation, which covers both reality and simulations and unproven assumptions. We think that it is one of the most dynamic areas in terms of experiment, theory, formalisms, but it is also found at every step of measurement techniques: in application, in entertainment, in education, in the answers of artificial intelligence, well-established industrial applications, transport. There are new and old problems of an energetic nature, transformation coefficients for the most diverse paths of linear or non-linear nature (with emphasis on optics). The goal is always to increase the coefficients of transformation and useful effect, but achieving coherent states only refers to attributes and description. For medical problems, reparations or the selected pathogenic problem of the difference of input and output parameters and the occurrence of processes in the target (inorganic, organic and biological objects or prosthetic aids. It is often repeated that the issue of laser interaction has been the subject of numerous modeling and mass media applications for more than half a century, and many collections of this issue and scientific professional literature are devoted to quantum generators and interactions. It is a wide area, where the complete model should be changed only by 3 lengths of the basic pulse (or by shortening) and the physical properties should represent the target differently (phonon part, electronic part of several most important constants such as thermal diffusion, conductivity. On the other hand, it also affects the classic but modified laws of the relationship between electrical and thermal conductivity, and an explanation of how it should be done with a number, i.e. a function that is a complement to the Wiedeman-Franz law (now the name Lorenz is added). This is also the case with the area which, on the one hand, is woven into nanoproblems and, on the other hand, touches on issues of the colonization of the Cosmos.
In the proposed work, the sketches of the laser interaction with the material will be followed, but the target and the interaction with a quantitative response (experiment/simulation in our conditions) will be specified in selected cases or well-established approaches. As far as possible, we will address the case of replacement with a brazen Elion technical one, which is already happening.
