The modern production industry is going towards the miniaturization of products and parts. It requires intensive research and development of efficient microtechnologies through research of different production processes, machines and tools. Successful using of mentioned technologies in processing of various materials which have complex crystalline structure, requires the development of complicated phisical and numerical predictive models of material behaviour on crystal or atom level. Also, this models must be suitable for integration in models of microengineering production process. This paper presents the basic methods and principles of engineering material modeling in the microengineering technologies, and its integration principles in models of production process.
