In the contemporary world issues; presence of water is a substance without which mankind could not imagine, and it is one of the main premise of life. Various degrees of water purity, from optically pure to technical water, are defined by regulatives, standards international as well as national. Methods of controlling water are elaborated at many levels but in contemporary streams lead to:
a) incorporation of new technology and technological processes, which determine water quality, based on scattering methods ( static and dynamic), by comparison with other methods based on processes of different nature.
b) The use of automation and its tools, based on the technical requirements and known solutions, systems, and components for achieving a substance-water-defined parameters.
c) Introduction of the database to determine the various methods and properties of water at the entrance and exit of the system for its bringing in the necessary signatures and defining databases that are available or necessary to provide for the normal supply of customers, from everyday life to specialized applications in the healthcare, food industry, waste water treatment, etc..
This paper will deal with approach to analysis problems, demanding automatic control, as well as previous laboratory tests for acquiring data base entries. This is especially interesting for remote monitoring of large water areas (oceans, lakes, rivers) in which a composition of plant (animals) origin or inorganic traces formed as resulting consequence of production (including natural sources) and pollution, as a result of water processing.
Automatic controls of water output and input in power plants of various types of conversion, with a variety of applications of water, will discuss contemporary measurement techniques and potentially new ones.
