In the paper presented are the part of study program in which tribological properties of a group of hard coatings are tested. The measurement of friction force and normal load, with reference to friction coefficient on tribometer "Block on Disk". This measurement under different contact conditions enables to calculate Friction Power Intensity and Energy Pulse. Experiments was done when a tree types of pin hard coating and two kinds of materials are used on block contact surface. Disk material was ADI.
