Metode analize u forenzičkoj hemiji moraju biti pouzdane, kako bi rezultati analiza bili prihvaćeni kao dokaz u sudskim postupcima. Pouzdanost analitičkih metoda provjerava se postupkom validacije, koji treba provesti prije uvođenja određene metode u rutinsku praksu forenzičke laboratorije. Ovaj rad opisuje proceduru za identifikaciju biljke konoplje lat. Cannabis sativa L. i njenih preparata (smola – „hašiš“, kanabis ulje, ekstrakti, tinkture i sl.) primjenom tehnike tankoslojne hromatografije, kao i postupak validacije metode kojom se identifikuju tri osnovna kanabinoida: psihoaktivni tetrahidrokanabinol, kanabidiol i kanabinol. Postupak validacije metode obuhvata potrebnu opremu i pribor, opis zahtijevanih performansi metode, izvođenje ispitivanja, način i kriterijume vrednovanja rezultata validacije.
Abstract: The methods of analysis in forensic chemistry must be reliable in order for the results of the analysis to be accepted as evidence in court proceedings. The reliability of analytical methods are checking through the validation process, which should be performed before introducing a certain method into the routine practice of the forensic laboratory. This paper describes the procedure for identification of Cannabis sativa L. plant and its preparations (resin - "hašiš", cannabis oil, extracts, tinctures, etc.) using a thin layer chromatography technique, as well as the validation procedure of the method by which identify three basic cannabinoids: psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol and cannabinol. The method validation process includes the necessary equipment and accessories, a description of the required performance of the method, the conducting of the tests, the way and criteria for evaluation validation results.
