MECHANICAL OSCILLATION OF ATOMS IN METAL-OXIDE NANOFILMS

Starting from the dispersion law of phonons and phonon density of states of the bulk-crystal structure, in this work the phonon spectra of ultrathin metal-oxide films is investigated. The influence of the boundary parameters of film structure on to the changes of phonon states in these nanostructures was analyzed. The possibility and conditions for the occurrence of the highest activation energy were examined, and the overview of the superconducting properties of such nano-samples was presented.
