Dynamical modeling of organization that supports unobstructed management of the resources of business subject requires the organizational structure which should respond to the complex demands of interested individuals (stakeholders). Satisfactory factors of stakeholders are numerous but usually the main is at the center of events as the creator and the user of this value. In a complex business environment, the requirements of stakeholders are market acceptable, fast, and fair and business response compliant with the standards. Market acceptability and the requirements of stakeholders are the subject of continuous adjustment of the organizational structure and staff with the knowledge and skills for the tasks from the purpose of existence of the business subjects. This paper presents a practical framework of business subject organization as response to the uncertain and inconsistent legal framework for the effective management of business subjects as well as the desire to offer the modern tools, knowledge and solutions for the business subjects for dynamic optimization of the organizational structure in accordance to the international standards.
