The North Eastern Economic Association (NEEA), formed in 1997, is non-political, non-partisan, voluntary regional economic association with a national respective with members sfrom not just the NE states bt across the country. The objectives of the organisation are to - Undertake, promote coordinate and collaborate in the study of socio-economic problems and issues with the emphasis on North East India; Provide a common platform for the interaction of ideas and exchange of the expiriences amongthe scholars;
