ANALYTICAL MODELING OF THE DAMAGE ON THE GEAR TOOTH

This paper contains a complex dynamical model for the simulation of a vibration in the gears together with the occurred wear and the pitting surface. Also, the model calculates the performance of the statistical parameter NP4 for the simulated input data thus revealed early damage gears of the transmission system. The given model is verified by comparison with experimental measured data.
