Business in the modern economic environment especially in the economic crisis has been exposed to a number of challenges. In order to ensure the survival and development on the market, companies must adapt and confront these challenges. Such a process must be controlled and directed by the management and all employees through a clearly defined model for management of enterprise. Doing business in the modern and prosperous economies emphasizes defined modalities of production management and quality, which would not be successful without the proper cultural and social background.
Decision- making with the applicable model of governance makes it possible for managers to avoid management based on personal opinions and emotions and allows them to make decisions that are best for the company, customers, and its employees and for achieving financial goals.
Production management is certainly the core business of each company or entrepreneurial activities. If one understands and masters the technology of production management, one can get to see the overall management and relationships among all the factors that affect it.
