Tools for organisers

User is the organiser of its tools. The user can be administrator of the conference , author, reviewer, participiant, unregistred visitor. The role of an organiser has the user who provides information for conference.An author is the one who applied his/her paper and participiant one who applied participation. The role of reviewer can add only the organiser of the conference.

 

Organise of conference

  • After application on the system, the organiser can see non/activated moduls
  • Osnovne informacije o konferenciji, sekcije (članci), organizatori, lokacije, sponzori
  • Basic information about conference, articles, organisers, locations, sponsors
  • Assigned papers, reviewings, reports, programme of conference
  • News, multumedia, social network
  • Activated moduls are gree and non-activated are red
 

Types of moduls

  • Organiser of conference choose modulas
  • The price depends on type of the modul
  • After payment moduls can be used bye-Conference administrator
  • Free moduls can be used after login on system
  • Activation of an additional modul with an extra payment
  • Several moduls which are chosen are usually cheaper
 

Basic conference information

  • Title, description, type(national, international), logo
  • Language, science field, dates, contacts
  • Thematic field (reviewers deal with themes and receive papers from the field they chose)
  • Information about organisers, sponsors, locations(contact geolocations, description, multimedia content)
  • Other papers, documents(poster, call etc.), notifications, multimedia
  • Easy site creation(domain and subdomain)
 

Paper application

  • Application of an abstract
  • Number of authors by paper or number of papers by authors, allowed types of paper, word count (characters and words)
  • Abstract can be translated in other languages
  • Possibility to send integral paper
  • Visibility of the paper: public, registed users only, conference participants or anyone who visits the site
 

Paper

  • Organizer receives notification about papers by email
  • Information are saved in data base and can be searched depending on criteria
  • The paper can change, review, upload integral works(presentations, video, reviews, discussions), share on social network
  • Activity for a few chosen papers: you can upload presentation, send paper, send notification to contacts, presenters and others.

Authors

Participants

  • Application format with information about payment and prices for conference services(periodical and group sales)

Review

  • List of reviewers and their obligations in the thematic field
  • Reviewer receives papers which are prescribed to them

  • Accepted papers are divided into sessions (sessions contain information and location of the paper presentation)

  • Unique QR is generated for each participant and printed on accreditation cards
  • QR code is scanned in the entrance of conference(phone with an android operative system is required)
  • Organizer can create questionnaire about authors, conference, papers
  • Only participant of presentation can give a mark of the paper
  • Automatic data treatment and report about best work, author, presentation
