The collapse of the socialistic economies raised the necessity of reconsidering and revaluating some questions about the applicability of the chosen economic model in countries in transitions. This caused disputes in understanding of the role of economy which is chosen as a model. That also raised doubts in morality of the people which leads privatization in these countries, pressed by the need to build an economy according to concept of globalization.
Reconsideration of these questions and doubts can explain why we have so many disputes and disagreements about this term. That is so because one question is too present: what kind of globalization we need and does the offered globalization is only a result of intentions of highly developed economies to dominate on the world markets with the international patent rights and laws.
To answer to these questions, first of all we must recognize few facts.
First, the world economy is a mixture of enormous numbers of economical conceptions as well as usage of local potentials. The country in transition in their effort to take the place in the globalization changes their legislations. Besides the conflicts of interests, the good thing is that they consider one imperative - that the change of economy must be accomplished according to the conscience that if we don’t build ecologically sustainable production, any kind of globalization will be \"empty shoot\". The consequences are changes in ethical conscience of participants in the economical changes in counties in transition for which is characteristic conflict of interest, especially economic interest. This kind of conflicts originates from the position in which they are. Actually, there are on crossroads to braking up with the previous systems and necessity of been acceptable for the West.
Second, disregarding the level of economical, social, psychological development of transitional societies, in all of them can be notice that they are orientated on globalization. But, is also noticeable that they are for globalization not as a field of variety of economic conception and usage of capital, but they are for the globalization of economy based on agreement about mutual interests and using of the world resources. That also provokes a conflicts in the transitional countries as well as conflicts with the rules of global market and economy.
The third, resolving of all this conflict take us to knowledge that all kind of previous moral principles are not anymore useful as guideline. That points to necessity for developing a new ethics which will be in according of necessities of transition. More preciously, that points on necessity for new universal ethics which will be the guide of the new world unified around economy which will respect cultural, religious, ethnical and economical needs and differences in the countries in transition faced with the problem how to keep their own identity which can be erased.
