In this work based on the experimental method and simulation method we have made a comparative study of mechanically disturbed sod-podzolic and gray forest soils with their natural counterparts. The main agrochemical parameters (PH KCl, humus content, mobile phosphorus and potassium), and the interrelation between their changes during soil disturbance process have been found. The article also addresses such an important indicator as the intensity of soil CO2 emissions that are used as an indicator of the degree of its suitability for growth and development not only of the soil microflora, but also agricultural crops. The results indicated significant differences between the two groups studied soils: a group that included undisturbed soil, was much better in all aspects. The latter indicates that the natural fertility of the soil and the nutrient content in them becomes lower during mechanical soil disturbance.
