Registration: there is no registration fee to participate in the workshop. However, all participants have to register. Registration deadline is 16 January 2015. Instructions will be posted on the workshop's website deakin.edu.au//business/economics/ by 19 December 2014.

At the time of the registration, we will require the authors of accepted papers to upload at least a preliminary version of their paper so that papers can be allocated to discussants. We expect all presenters to be willing to act as discussants.
