Program of the Conference will include plenary presentations of invited lecturers and submitted oral and poster presentations. The official languages of the Conference are English and Serbian, however all participants are kindly asked to prepare their posters and lectures in English.

Abstract submission

Abstract submissions have to be submitted on-line using the Application Form available on http://forsd.unibl.org/paper/add/592?lang=en. Receipt of the Abstract will be confirmed.

Please consider that:

• The abstract has to be written in English.
• Every author is responsible for the quality of his text - the abstract will be printed directly from the submitted version.
• All accepted abstracts will be printed in the Book of Abstracts that will be distributed on-site to all delegates attending the Conference.
• Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 10th September 2017.

Presentations

Authors may request their abstract to be considered for an oral presentation or as a poster presentation. In case of too many submissions for oral presentations, the Organising and Scientific Committee reserve the right to accept the contributions registered as oral presentations in the poster presentation form. The presenting author will be notified of the Committees’ decision in due course.

It is expected that at least one author attends the Conference to present the accepted abstract. Please note that the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid, otherwise the abstract will not be considered.

The duration of the oral presentations is approximately 15 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion.

Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. A conference computer will be available for speakers. All presentations should be available to the Conference technical service on USB memory stick at least 15 minutes before each session.

Posters are limited to 70 cm width x 90 cm height. All posters must have portrait orientation. Handouts of posters are encouraged. At least one of the authors is required to be nearby his/her poster for questions and discussion during the sessions for which the poster is scheduled.

Publication of papers

The scientific journal Glasnik Šumarskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci is open for publishing fullpapers presented on the Conference. It is an Open Access leading national Journal published by the Faculty of Forestry, University of Banja Luka, with two issues per year, available on http://glasnik.sf.unibl.org. Papers intended for the publication should be prepared according to Journals Instructions to authors available online and submitted to glasnik@sf.unibl.org until 1st March 2018. Submitted papers will be reviewed by two referees active in the field the paper belongs to.
